After purchasing, a download link will be sent to your email address. Extract the zip file and move the presets into this folder:
Windows users:
\Documents\Adobe\After Effects [your version]\User Presets
Mac users:
/Documents/Adobe/After Effects [your version]/User Presets
Make sure to replace [your version] with your After effects version.
